The Role
Assist in studies/assessment of end-to-end business processes to determine areas for change and improvement.
Help project manager develops business cases.
Draft project plans or roadmaps for these business cases.
Support the lead project manager in ensuring the necessary actions are taken by responsible parties to facilitate the rollout and completion of these projects as per plan and within budget.
Monitor and report the progress, risks, status, impact, and results of these projects in a timely manner.
Partner with the different teams within WTW to ensure the successful implementation of these projects.
Collaborate with the business and its leaders to embed continuous improvement practices across WTW geographies and businesses.
Deliverables
Gather data and documents to help develop opportunity assessments and solutions for the different business sectors.
Draft of project plans as outlined by the project manager
Various reports ranging from the presentation of data, status reports, project summary, process documentation, and knowledge management files, among others
Use the agreed methodology of the C.I. team in delivering projects
Present findings, status, results, and risks to the CI manager
Publish and share learnings and project experiences that will benefit team members.

Qualifications
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of operational excellence and continuous improvement
Has assisted in projects related to change, transformation, process improvement, value chain, metrics reporting, and other areas of operational excellence
Good understanding of operational excellence methodologies
Good project and program management skills
Knowledgeable in outsourcing processes
Very proactive and adaptable. Finds ways to provide a solution with urgency.
Collaborative and works well with a team
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI.

MONTHLY SALARY: 54,000
