Offer description

• To ensure the smooth preparation and service to company standards of all food items in the G-Food area, ensuring the quality, consistency, maximum food cost efficiency throughout.

• To ensure all employees arrive at work on a timely basis in clean, company specified uniforms, wearing safety equipment if appropriate.

• Plan, formulate and distribute on working schedules for all G-Food employees.

• Direct, motivate, control, evaluate and provide feedback to all G-Food employees.

• Produce an accurate weekly food and supplies order based on present inventory, par levels, incoming orders and company budget.

• Formulate and check the correct thaw cycle for a frozen item.

• Monitors quality and specifications of all items issued to G-Food to ensure company standards are adhered to. Report all discrepancies to concerned personnel.

• Monitor quality and presentation of all food items, provide corrective action when necessary.

• Ensure temperature logs for all refrigerators on a daily basis to avoid spoilage.

• Review food cost work sheet and daily issues with the cost control unit. Plan any corrective actions accordingly.

• Ensure that all menu specifications and procedure manuals are kept fully up to date.

• Conduct regular operational and sanitation inspection.

• Plan and execute any special manus as directed by the Owner.
