    • Must be knowledgeable in commercial and consumer loans

    • Must have an advanced knowledge in using MS Office

    • Good competency in using computer and 12-key calculator

    • Must be knowledgeable in CDA laws

    • Oversee all Cooperative operations

    • Promote continuous quality improvement

    • Monitors and manages member relation

    • Innovates and strategizes effective plans
