  • Job Responsibilities

     Conducts training activities such as: seminars, orientation, project briefings and company updates

     Ensures strategic alignment of the training department with business goals

     Designs and recommends training programs based on both the organization's and individual needs

     Identifies training needs by creating modules and/or reviewing current programs and company manuals

     Other assignments that may be given from time to time


     With strong background of learning and development best practices

     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Linguistics/Languages,\ Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

     At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
