  • Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Call Center Agent for Travel Account

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Answer and suggest airline ticketing/reservation packages, products and services to clients over the phone

    - Resolve complaints by verifying the problem and explaining the best solution

    - Maintain account record and provide excellent customer service

    Work Location:

    Makati City

    Education:

    - At least high school graduate

    - Open to college graduates or undergraduates of ANY course

    Work Experience:

    - At least 2 years of sales or service customer experience with 2 years of native GDS experience (Amadeus/Sabre/Apollo/Worldspan)

    - Excellent English communication skills

    Salary Offer:

    22-25k Package + HMO + Other perks
