PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attends pre-bid meetings and conduct actual site inspection /verification prior to preparation of cost estimate.

2. Prepares and attaches detailed bill of materials of all quotations.

3. Prepare Bid proposal subject for review of Department Head.

4. Prepare minor shop drawings.

5. Coordination with Operations Team for work schedule upon receipt of contracts/ purchase order prior to execution.

6. Interacts through computers, checks emails from time to time, communicates with superiors, peers and subordinates.

7. Coordination with Operations team for proposed schedules.

8. Conducts filing of documents being undertaken

9. Aids during emergency works related to Operations department tasks.

10. Collect and analyze data to estimate the time, money, materials and labor required

11. Carry out any other duties as assigned within the department and immediate department

12. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
