*GRADUATE OF B.S. ACCOUNTANCY WITH CPA LICENSE

*WITH 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

*COMPUTER ORIENTED (ESPECIALLY WINDOWS & EXCELL)

*FRESH GRADUATES WITH CPA LICENSE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

[JOB SUMMARY]

-Prepare Journal Vouchers or Purchases of Raw materials, Supplies and Plant/ Office Machineries &

Equipment from Local and foreign vendors

-Prepare checks and vouchers of day-to-day cash disbursement for review of Gen. affairs manager for the

preparation of Monthly bank reconciliation and financial statement.

-Files journal vouchers and cash disbursement vouchers.

-Prepare monthly withholding taxes expanded summary alpha list and prepare BIR 2307 copy.

-Prepare BIR quarterly report of company’s sales summary, purchases, exports and local transaction.
