【 Job Description 】

1. Client satisfaction in design and execution – Internal and external Stakeholders

a. To bring design solutions to life through innovation and creativity, with the delivery of solutions that create an aesthetically pleasing and interactive user experience.

b. Focusing, managing, coordinating, mediating, and supporting the teams that collaborate to deliver work for clients, internally and externally across the group of companies.

i. Account and Sales team

ii. Creative and Marketing design team

iii. Suppliers

c. Maintaining excellent records of design and project work with the Fusion Dam

2. Support the Marketing Director, Studio and Art Director and CEO in Manila and all the Designers working under your guidance and creative direction

【 Requirements 】

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as CD in a similar (integrated) role and the environment - B2B, Retail, or FMCG expertise required

• Strong leadership and organizational skills and ability to guide teams

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - fast turnaround times.

• Great communication and client liaison skills

• Strong Retail understating across POS, Temporary and Permanent Display beneficial

• Strong understanding of Digital; Social, Websites, and Print

• Proven superior design skills and creative talent

• Experience across all 3D and multimedia design software platforms
