- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising or Business
- At least 2-years work experience in same field of work
- Preferably with work experience in the same industry
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Video Editing Software
- Creative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Knowledgeable in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, Facebook Community Management, Copywriting
- With experience in E-commerce enablement operations & marketing: Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Zalora, Etsy, Amazon
- Can Handle Markting & E-com Interns
- If their expected minimum salary is higher than 20k, inform them that our budget for this position is only 15-18k and see their response. We can give exeption and proceed with an interview for max of 20k only if that person has very substantial experience that is directly related to the marketing tasks in relation to Jacinto & Lirio's industry. But we do not disclose this to them, we decide how much is they potential salary based on CV, prior to interview.
- look for someone who used to work for FILED, AKABA, or Rags2Riches or other similar brands to J&L. Look for someone who also has marketing experience which is the same as J&L's requirements like e-commerce marketing, marketing a local brand
- Must have work experience already. We only give exemptions to fresh grads on rare instances where the students has very wide experiences and achievements
- Salary for fresh grads is by default 15k unless they are really really very good, we can allow 16k"
- Can WFH or go to office on selected days
