Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact between Australian clients and the creative team to take briefs and manage projects from start to finish.

Prepare quotations and detailed proposals according to the client brief.

Estimate costs, secure bids, oversee project processes, and send deliverables.

Assist the Sales Manager with the presentation of proposals and answering complex questions regarding the technical and creative aspects of various projects.

Prepare a realistic, detailed, and executable project timeline to track jobs and the project’s progress, provide estimates and schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.

Identify blockers and time management issues and proactively work with team members to effectively address them.

Partner with Client vendors for out-of-scope projects.

Coordinate with the creative team lead to manage staffing and delegation of tasks, and project timelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, production peers, and client vendors.

Identify and address issues before, during, and after project launch.

Perform a thorough QA check to ensure that features and functions are working as intended.

Facilitate internal and cross-functional project status meetings.

Create agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items to ensure that meetings are structured with clear objectives.

Communicate the project status clearly and regularly with stakeholders and the project team, as well as with external vendors, and manage overall project expectations.

Facilitate internal creative reviews, serving as the single point of contact for feedback and coordination for the team, as well as resolving conflicts.

Identify dependencies, issues and mitigate risks throughout the project timeline.

Adjust plans accordingly based on the changing needs of the business, load-balance schedules, and resources.

Ensure that projects are launched on time and within scope and budget.

Identify and coordinate team resource requirements and deliverables.

Drive deliverables internally, cross-functionally, and with external partners.

Qualifications:

Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related program.

Must have 3-5 years of work experience as a producer or project manager in an agency or internal creative department.

Must be detail-oriented with at least 6 years of related experience working as a Traffic Manager or any related role.

Must have experience with project management software or system for scheduling and project tracking.

Must possess a working knowledge of print production processes and creative computer skills such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Has experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and project management software.

Must have an understanding of print and web technology, i.e., 4 color printing process, HTML, CSS, standard coding.

Can manage print, email marketing, and online projects in a fast-paced environment.

Has advanced project management abilities.

Has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Amenable to work on Holidays.

Willing to be assigned in Subic Bay Freeport Zone or Clark office.
