  • Job Functions:

    • Print bank statements.

    • Review and apply payments in ERP System.

    • Update banking excel spreadsheet.

    • Review stop-credit accounts and release any that have paid.

    • Research unidentified payments and missing details for proper posting.

    • Balance receipts and reconcile daily work batches.

    • Perform monthly receipts reconciliation.

    • Daily Invoice runs with last run being at 5pm Australian time.

    • Update customer account information in the system.

    • Assess customer financial condition to determine credit risk and/or monitors customer claims.

    • Support the CFO and Business Unit Heads on ad-hoc projects.

    • Perform credit risk analysis and/or research customer claims.

    • Identify and escalate issues encountered during analysis.

    • Verify and update information on new accounts or submitted claims.

    • Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to business unit questions regarding credit policy

    or claims resolution.

    • Negotiate customer disputes to resolution and documents root cause.

    • Reconcile customer statements/billing and make adjustments to customer accounts where necessary.

    • Ensure policies and procedures are followed to provide for more efficient credit or claims processes.

    • Communicate credit department policies and procedures.

    • Coordinate with Business unit team to identify red flag accounts.

    • Participate in Monthly AR review meetings with Senior Management.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting or Finance.

    • Preferably with at least 5 years working experience, 2 years of which should be in accounts receivable

    processing using a banking software.

    • Practical Knowledge in ERP Applications.

    • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
