  • -Receives payments and issuance of Collection Receipts either cash or check Deposits collections at the Company’s bank account and forwards deposit slips to the Accounting Deparment;

    -Monitors and distributes Statement of Accounts to the Clients on the assigned area of responsibility;

    -Conducts field collection or client visitation with overdue payments or unsettled account on the assigned area of responsibility;

    -Conducts field collection or client visitation with overdue payments or unsettled account in other areas as may be assigned, in the absence of counterpart (s);

    -Files and monitors the Client Information Sheet, Credit Application Form, and other requirement such as Business Permit, SEC/DTI, etcetera on the assigned area of responsibility;

    -Maintains and updates the Master List of Clients on the assigned area of responsibility;

    -Conducts trade checking (Credit Investigation) for new clients on the assigned area of responsibility;

    -Prepares Summary of Service Report (department record only);

    -Maintains and updates the Collection Receipt Book;

    -Updates, collects and safe keeps retentions;

    -Processes BIR 1905/updating of books of account (Collection Receipt Book).

    -Plans and follows the most efficient routes during field work;

    -Performs general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines, or running errands;

    -Maintains cleanliness in the work area;

    -Assumes other reasonable and equitable job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager;

    -Performs any other related tasks as deemed necessary by the management (Supervisor, General Manager, President and Board of Directors);

    -Implements the revisions made in the Quality Management System; and

    -Promotes the compliance to and improvement of the Quality Management System.
