  • *Notify customers regarding due billing

    *Creation of SOA for client's reference

    *Act as backup for follow-up and collection of all available and uncollected billing

    *Ensures and assist with the confirmation of invoice details when needed

    *Prepares account collection report

    *Checks balances thru accessing aging files

    *Perform other job related tasks which may be assigned the the immediate supervisor

    Job Qualifications:

    1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

    2. Required skill(s): MS Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

    3. Effective Verbal and listening communication skills.

    4. Must be able to multitask, responsible, organized and fast learner

    5. Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to details.

    6. Fresh graduates with good scholastics records are welcome to apply.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 1 year of experience
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
