Credit and Collection Staff

Graduate of Accounting or any related course
At least six months experience in Credit and Collection
Above average skills in Excel
Analytical skills
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong work ethics – sense of commitment; dependability and reliability
Willingness to be trained; eagerness to learn
Location: Makati
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing summaries of transactions of client accounts
Collection and follow-up of payments
Preparation of Creditable Tax Certificates for client accounts
Collection of BIR Form 2307 from client accounts for taxes withheld for the account of the Company
Updating and reconciliation of receivables ledger and general ledger
Providing details of paid invoices for accurate application of payments
Resolving billing issues internally with the Accounts Receivables unit and operating units
Meeting with clients as necessary to discuss and resolve billing issues
Providing assistance to the Supervisor in the development and
implementation of new processes and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
