    Essential Skills:

    • Must have at least 7 - 8 years experience working as Manager or Operations in a BPO industry handling Collections account or Shared-services for Collections

    • A subject matter expert/consultant in BPO for Credit and Collections process, practices and services

    • Knowledgeable in business acumen, terms, technology and user experience.

    • Knowledgeable in Marketing and Ecommerce

    • Must be a strategic thinker and an operational doer.

    • Should have experience in client management, client transactions and business deals.

    • Handled Client interfacing and sales call.

    • Act as Consultant for clients in BPO - Collections and help them manage their team to grow

    • Good in data analysis, research and data report

    • Must have a strong leadership skills - at least able to manage a team

    • Should be a good communicator

    • Should be organized and keen on details.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • As Subject Matter Expert -- Able to suggest improvements to make processes better in an outsourcing BPO/Collections environment.

    • Be able to retain client expectation, management and retention

    • Assist clients on their queries regarding outsourcing/workforce process

    • Do research on competitors, examine market trends and suggest strategies to improve products, services, recruitment, skills and processes

    • Able to understand the client needs in terms of their need in outsourcing work and be able to advise recruitment on how and where to locate the staff to fill the role.

    • Be able to identify skill gaps and suggest improvements in Training/Management/Recruitment

    • Manage to suggest possible training modules and suggest trainings needed for employees to be more familiar and knowledgeable in BPO Industry for Collections Account

    • Oversee the delivery of employee development programs and manage multiple resources to achieve objectives and project success
