  • Position Summary

    Coordinate and perform activities associated with:

    1) Providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator duties; including user support, pick-list and dashboard maintenance and other duties as required

    2) Supporting Regal PTS current & future sites dedicated to CRM; including but not limited to Stage and Production environments

    3) Participating in assignments related to functional areas such as Field Sales, Industry Marketing, Application Engineering and Customer Service

    Job Duties

    1. Works with other CRM Administrators providing services for all PTS registered users; including profiles, underlying data, output forms (dashboards) and other related maintenance; ensuring upkeep of the CRM related sites and quality checks their own work before being reviewed by others.

    2. CRM process analytics – as well data analysis from CRM inputs / outputs reporting (which may be out of the CRM system)

    3. Quarterly Check Ins with all PTS functional groups (Field Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service) in order to provide best of class process integration and create efficiencies.

    4. Works with others to monitor the behavior of our CRM related sites; staying current with other resources (Service Requests, user communities, blogs/help sites); identifying/communicating findings.

    5. Knowledgeable on CRM functionality. Collects and stores relevant findings from research on topics, being a resource for capabilities.

    6. Works with others to maintain internal existing and future Portal sites in support of CRM (Training Materials, etc.); ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.

    7. Provides subject matter expertise on CRM Administration related matters.

    8. Provides training as required for various workgroups.

    9. Supports report and data requests from CRM and related BI system.

    10. Follows Regal Ethic and Environmental Compliance Programs.

    11. Performs other jobs and duties as assigned by Management

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field.

    • Strong ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.

    • Creativity, engagement and collaboration with others in a team.

    • 3+ years experience in business related work.

    • Min. 1-3 years of CRM Dynamics Administration experience

    • Manufacturing Industry – preferred

    • Very experienced with Microsoft Excel and Access programs, working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite tools.

    • Good presentation skills.

    Amenable to work from 8PM - 5 AM
