  • Job description:

    **Delivering premium customer service and representing culture and environment that is willing to go ‘above and beyond’.

    **Delivering a high level of productivity through effective time management and by

    identifying opportunities to maximize customer service levels.

    **Maintain accurate records of all existing clients, utilizing company-supported

    technology tools and processes.

    **Amending/Updating any client details, invoices and itineraries on existing

    cruise bookings as required.

    **Advising cruise lines of any amendments to existing reservations as required.

    **Uploading amended cruise line invoices, all client booking forms and proofs of ID on existing cruise bookings as required.

    **Assisting clients when they log into their profiles on our website and changing/resetting

    passwords as required.

    **Sending updated booking advice to our existing clients as required.

    **Submitting changes undertaken to any existing client booking to our RPC team for

    quality assurance.

    **Coordinating and completing all administrative requirements of the role.

    **Pro-actively interacting with management and stakeholders in the feedback on departmental operations.

    **Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

    **Display values by ensuring effective communication, integrity, and respect.

    **Maintain confidentiality of client, product and company information.

    Essential skills:

    **Sales experience is a must; meeting KPIs and/or sales quotas

    **Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

    **Knowledge of OVC systems, programs, processes, and policies or ability to learn

    **Knowledge of cruise line reservations systems or ability to learn

    **Ability to work independently or effectively as part of a team

    **Ability to cross-reference data with great attention to detail ensuring all data

    is 100% accurate

    **Strong written and verbal communication skills (English Language Essential)

    **Previous call center experience with an Australian based company an advantage

    (Main Language English)

    **Strong customer service background with a solutions focus

    **Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines

    **Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
