Salary Range: PHP 40,000 to 50,000

Work Schedule: 7:00 – 5:30, Compressed Work Week (Assistant Managers with Flexible Time from 7:00 to 8:00am)

Work Location: Quezon City

Job Description: Under the guidance and direction of assigned immediate superiors, provide general management and direction to his team to fulfill the following functions:

o Merchandise promotions generation and implementation

o Merchandise mix and assortment development, allocation, implementation, and monitoring

o Visual merchandising and display formulation and presentation

o Merchandise replenishment and movement planning and monitoring

o Inventory accuracy management and monitoring

o Product knowledge training development and cascade



Requirements

• Enthusiast-level knowledge on helmets (motorcycle & bicycle)

• Basic knowledge/ appreciation of motorcycles, motorcycle gears, parts, and accessories.

• Full understanding of inventory and category management processes

• Merchandise Management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to synthesize and analyze various data to identify and forecast trends.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership, decision-making, and project management skills

• Inquisitive with keen attention to detail

• Customer-centric

• Creative, innovative, and open to new ideas

• Collaborative; promotes team unity & effectiveness despite differences
