Job Position: IT Support Technician

Work Location: Remote

Salary Range: PHP 18,000 – 25,000

Work Schedule: 8:00 pm – 5:00 am

Job Description: A remote IT support technician works from home to assist a business with software, hardware, computer systems, and networks. You typically answer questions from network or computer users over the phone or via the internet. Your duties include helping these employees or customers troubleshoot technical problems.

Job Qualifications

• Windows experience

• Knowledge in Microsoft office

• Knowledge in Office 365 and domains

(Most basic calls that come in are additions, deletions, and modifications in 365 and basic pc support such as outlook trouble opening, etc.)

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
