CS/ Jr. Pricing Analyst - Salary 31k / Pasig City

Salary: PHP 31,000.00 + 4,000.00 Allowance
Work Schedule: Non DST: 6AM - 3PM, DST: 5AM - 2PM, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City [With option to apply for hybrid setup after 3rd month of employment provided that technical requirements are met (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite work per week)]

Responsibilities
To coordinate and report to the client’s Commercial & Business Improvement Manager for the following tasks:
o Using Excel and Prostix/frameworks, accurately calculate and upload price increases on a monthly basis
o Providing research to the Sales Team using Internet, excel and communication with internal and external sources.
o Maintain master data change forms through Jotform and action approved form requests ensuring correct LOA has been granted
o Review contracts in Prostix to maximize profit margins. Maintain overlay pricing contracts in frameworks/prostix
o Providing clear communication internally and externally using email, Prostix & phone
o Utilizing Prostix & Frameworks to report to the internal sales team.
o Run the monthly audit process and review retail pricing for reasonableness
o Provide analysis for ad hoc requests from stakeholders including recommendations as well as regular analysis of margins for improvement opportunities
o Providing support and teamwork and taking ownership of your role in the business. Assist the Commercial & Business Improvement Manager as required
o Uploading pricing and reporting to maintain GP% Margins.
o Review and reduce issues in monthly price list.
o Support for sales and branch teams around pricing issues.
o Research and communication market activities around products.
o Audits and reviews to support the new price model for the business.

Requirements
2-4 years of experience working in a building or plumbing industry is preferred essential but not essential
Mathematics and Statistics expertise
Tertiary studies in Business Fundamentals desirable
Microsoft Excel high Proficiency Level
Critical Thinking. Data Visualization. Communications Skills
Ownership, Proactive & Teamwork Attitude
