CS/ Marketing and Digital Assistant - Salary 30k / Pasig City

Salary: PHP 30,000.00 + 4,000.00 Allowance
Work Schedule: Non DST: 6AM - 3PM, DST: 5AM - 2PM, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City [With option to apply for hybrid setup after 3rd month of employment provided that technical requirements are met (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite work per week)]

Responsibilities
To coordinate and report to the client’s Marketing Manager (Digital) for the following tasks:
o Day to day website updates and maintenance.
o Mapping and adding new products to the website.
o Sourcing product information and technical information for products.
o Merchandising of collections within an e-commerce environment.
o Manage review and update online products to ensure the correct categorisation, imagery and copy are correct.
o Work closely with the procurement and marketing teams on promotional activity.
o Work with suppliers and the operations team on product sampling.
o Work with the Marketing team to ensure all projects fulfill marketing and business objectives.
o Manage the Plumbers Co-op image library, sourcing and uploading relevant imagery for products.
o Take images and videos as required.
o Work with the Marketing team to ensure all projects fulfill marketing and business objectives.
Other related tasks as required by the management and/or the client

Requirements
Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business and/or Sales Management.
2+ years’ experience in producing engaging and relevant digital content, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
Experienced in managing digital marketing channels and platforms including social (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console, Hootsuite)
An in-depth understanding of digital strategy, design, and technology
Highly developed verbal and written English communication skills.
Self-motivated & organized to be able to drive your own results and manage your time efficiently.
Passionate about digital marketing with a strategically thinking mind.
Able to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and application users/customers in both technical and non-technical terms.
Proactive in learning new programs that can further contribute to the success of the team.
Has awareness of digital market trends and capabilities within digital advertising.
Keen eye for design aesthetics and emerging trends.
