CSR - Financial Account
Salary: PHP12000 - PHP22000/month
Preferred Location: Baguio City
Customer Service Representatives are often a client’s primary point of contact with a company including managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 18 years of age and above
• A Filipino citizen or relevant holder status
• Preferred College Graduate/Undergrad
• Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Above average communication skills
• Amenable to working onsite
