  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
    - receiving calls on a timely manner
    - answering queries about products and services
    - resolving problems and handling complaints
    - escalating specific issues to higher levels of support
    - creating call logs
    1. At least 2 years in college (High school graduates with excellent English communication skills may also apply.)
    2. Call center experience (preferred, but not required)
    3. Technical knowledge (an advantage)
    4. Good to above average English communication skills
    5. Good computer navigation skills
