  • Position Description

    This is a full time position working 8am to 5pm Sydney time.

    The role is ideal for someone who wants a varied and interesting position, is comfortable with a culture of constant improvement and growth.

    Key duties of the role include:

    - Customer Support

    - Provide the first line of support to customers – answer questions and understand/investigate system issues using the ticket system.

    - Manage the support ticket system - keeping on top of the system overall, allocate tickets to other team members, follow up actions from other team members, ensure tickets are closed off with the customers.

    - Provide online support/training/troubleshooting to customers, sharing the screen and speaking to them in a webinar format to assist as required.

    - Support other team members – undertake data entry and Excel formatting tasks, adjust and create system templates for estimate and invoice formats.

    - Work with the development team

    - Raise support tickets to the Tech Support Team providing full details of the

    question or issue ensuring they have sufficient information to fully investigate.

    - Track progress of tickets with the team and ensure that priority tickets are being dealt with in a timely manor to meet customer expectations.

    - Close off tickets with the customer providing clear and concise information to ensure they are clear as to the status of the ticket.

    - Work with the Tech Support Team to specify future functionality and modifications to existing functionality in the system.

    - Work with the Tech Support Team in a way that enhances cooperation and joint effectiveness at all times.

    - Promote efficient working practices

    - Work in an efficient and systemized way to ensure maximum business efficiency and minimum use of time in all processes. Suggest efficiency improvements where you see opportunity for improvement.

    - Learning and personal development

    - Work in an open manor and take every opportunity to learn skills, system knowledge, and technological knowledge.

    Working Schedule: 6:00 - 15:00

    Work Location: Permanent work from home setup
