Offer description
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support to customers of a company or organization.
Your tasks may include:
Answering customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat.
Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service-related issues.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
Providing information and guidance to customers on products or services offered by the company.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
Identifying and recommending solutions to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and providing feedback to management.
Staying up-to-date with product and service information and providing training to other CSRs when necessary.
Following all relevant policies and procedures related to customer service and support.
To be successful as a CSR, you should have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and patient, and be able to work well in a team environment. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, be able to handle difficult customers and situations, and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Additionally, you should have experience using customer service software and be able to learn new software and tools quickly.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Junior High School
