  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Completed 2nd year of college education
    • Average verbal and written English communication skills
    •Call center experience required
    • Typing skills and technical skills
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze trends and make recommendation
    • Fundamental understanding of internet connectivity (e.g., TCP/IP networking terminology, web [HTTP]
    and email [POP/SMTP] protocols)
    • Strong knowledge of PC Harware/Software
    • Openness to work flexible hours as required, including night shifts and holidays
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems individually or in a team environment
