  • Primary Responsibilities:

    • Able to handle calls coming from healthcare personnel.

    • Assisting customers by providing quotes on members' eligibility, checking claims as well as explaining medical or details benefits.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.

    • Have experience in BPO healthcare voice account but not totally required.

    • College graduates or undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience.

    • Willing to work onsite in Iloilo, City and in shifting schedules

    • Preferably with Healthcare program experience.
