    • Candidate must be College Graduate/Undergrad of any medical course.

    • Candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.

    • Attending to customer’s needs via phone call.

    • Handling large amount of calls

    • Providing quality service to customers and is great at handling irate customers.

    This is a one day process.
