Campaign: AU Energy Account (DMGT)

Headcount Requirements: 17

Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment

Work Type: Voice (Inbound)

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Reporting Site: Eastwood, Quezon City

Salary Package: 19,500.00 all in package (18.5k Basic + 1k Non-Tax Allowance)

Minimum Requirements:

Good to excellent English language skills (Written and verbal)

Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required

Experience in Customer Service, Collections preferred but not required

Has strong verbal and written comprehension skills

Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Resourceful, able to multitask and has high attention to details

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams

Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes

Can work under pressure

Applicants must show flexibility in any schedule and work arrangement (onsite).

Must be willing to be trained in both voice and back of house transactions.

Must have an updated NBI Clearance upon Job Offer

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Adaptation to change, Customer service, Communication and persuasion
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
