Customer Experience Executive

Headcount Requirements: 28

• Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment

• Work Type: Blended

• Work Schedule: 24/7

• Work Arrangement: Onsite

• Reporting Site: BGC, Taguig (18 hires) and Eastwood, Quezon City (10 hires)

• Salary Package: PHP 21,000 (18k basic + 3k nontax allowance)

Customer Experience Executive position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics. (Non-Voice)

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)

• With Good to Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Commercial skills / Networking
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
