Headcount Requirements: 40

-Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment

- Work Type: Telco - Mobile Support / Blended (Voice & Non-voice)

- Work Schedule: AU Timezone

- Work Arrangement: Onsite

- Reporting Site: BGC (The Curve) & Eastwood

- Salary Package: 22,000.00 all in package (19k Basic + 3k Non-tax Allowance)

Minimum Qualifications:

- At least Sr. High School graduate

-With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)

- Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required

- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support preferred but not

required

- Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills

- Amenable to Report Onsite

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Commercial skills / Networking, Customer Support
