  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course

    • Experience as a customer service assistant is an advantage

    • Required language(s): English, Filipino

    • Required skill(s): Computer literate - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, good written and verbal communication skills, flexible and detail-oriented

    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Informs clients by answering client’s inquiries, explains procedures and providing information about the product

    • Research required information using available sources

    • Arranging services for customers

    • Perform other tasks as assigned
