  • Job Description:

    • Customer Service Management: Ensure that all the customer inquiries, trouble calls are being attended immediately, recorded in the Incident Manager, and solutions are applied immediately.

    • Follow up Purchase Order from customer.

    • Monitoring of delivery date of equipment.

    • After Sales (Warranty only) receiving call from customer / service provider/ Verification of warranty period.

    • Sales Order Process Processing spare parts order Monitor delivery, Invoicing.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce or any related field.

    • With at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

    • Preferably with people management experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Listening skills & judgment and Customer service orientation

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
