  • RESPONSIBILITIES

     Uses in house customer technology platform to organize bookings

     Good command of English & loves doing verbal sales pitches

     Confirm bookings of clients and coordinate closely with the concierge team

     Troubleshoots client concerns

     Coordinate with the different teams (Concierge, Styling and Operations Teams) to ensure smooth

    seamless experience for the customer

     Gather and collate Customer Survey replies

     Profile customers to match with appropriate service

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Negotiation, Customer Support
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
