Job Description :
Call Center Specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. They generally work in office environments, call centers, or from their homes.

Requirement :
.Must have good communication skills
.Excellent communication skills | HS/SHS Grad
.Proficient with Microsoft Office
.Ability to quickly survey vast amounts of information to answer customers’ questions
.Previous customer service experience is preferred
.WAHA (15mbps DL/ 12mbps UL)

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Elementary school
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel
