Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their concerns regarding their telecommunications services
Providing technical assistance to customers by troubleshooting and resolving their issues with internet, cable, and mobile services
Assisting customers with billing inquiries, service changes, and account updates
Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on service issues or promotional offers
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts accordingly
Adhering to company policies and procedures and complying with industry regulations
Meeting individual and team performance targets and goals
Providing customers with product and service information and making recommendations based on their needs
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Customer Support, Information technology
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
