A Customer Service Agent in Consumer Electronics is responsible for providing support to customers regarding the use and troubleshooting of electronic products and services. Their main duties include:

-Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
-Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Providing product and service information to customers.
-Assisting customers with setup and installation of electronic products.
-Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
-Escalating complex customer issues to higher-level support as needed

Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Work on site
- Good communication skills
