A Customer Service Agent for a Financial Service and Bank Account is responsible for providing customer support and assistance to clients regarding their financial products and services. Some key responsibilities of this role include:

-Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Assisting customers with account information, account transactions, and other banking needs.
-Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge, and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
-Cross-selling financial products and services to customers based on their needs.
-Providing information and support to customers with technical issues related to online banking.
-Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
-Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer information.
-Complying with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
-Delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and demonstrating empathy and patience.
-Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures.

Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Work On-site
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months CCE
- AM-B1 with 55 BAA score
- Typing test of 35Wpm
- Must have valid ID
- Willing to start immediately
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach.
