Hiring! Customer Service Agent for Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Account in Makati City earn 20000/month

As a customer service agent in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or live chat. Some of the key tasks you might perform include:

-Answering customer inquiries about product information, prescription refills, order status, and billing issues.
-Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to any issues they may face.
-Updating customer information in databases and ensuring accuracy of records.
-Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
-Keeping abreast of industry and product knowledge, regulations and guidelines to provide accurate information to customers.
-Escalating complex customer issues to higher levels of support when necessary
-Documenting customer interactions and creating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Work On-site
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic TP Qualifications
- With valid NBI clearance
- Willing to start immediately
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach.
