A Customer Service Agent in Food Delivery is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Their main duties include:

-Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
-Processing customer orders accurately, updating order information in the system, and following up on any special requests.
-Coordinating with the delivery team to ensure that orders are delivered on time and to the correct address.
-Monitoring delivery progress and updating customers on the status of their orders.
-Keeping track of customer feedback and working to improve the customer experience.
-Maintaining a good working knowledge of menu items, promotions, and delivery policies.
-Working with the management team to resolve any customer complaints or issues and identify areas for improvement.

Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Marketing and Finance Graduate
- Above average communication skills
- Willing to start immediately
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach.
