Hiring! Customer Service Agent in Online Retail Account in Makati City earn 20000/month

A Customer Service Agent in an Online Retail Account is responsible for providing excellent customer service to online shoppers through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Service Agent must possess strong communication skills, be highly organized and able to multitask, and have a thorough understanding of the online retail industry and products being sold. Additionally, the Customer Service Agent must maintain a positive and professional demeanor, be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfactio

Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
- Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
- No prior application with Teleperformance in the last month or 2 months if endorsed by a different BP
- Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati

AM score requirement/prederence
- No AM score required
- Preferably Bl up Am score
