A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers, and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Highschool Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Graduate with at least 1-year BPO experience.

- With excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

- Can do a walk-in hiring process.

- Can work at home.

- Must have a stable internet connection.

- Must have own device/equipment.

- Can work on shifting schedules.

- Willing to start immediately.
