Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Managing incoming calls and email enquiries

· Checking admin & info emails on a daily basis

· Sending initial contact emails to enquiries and following up 7 days later

· Answer live chat boxes on social media

· Working with Manager on replies and communication

· Confirm appointments 24 hours before meeting

· Search and create appointments for Manager to attend

· Book meetings/appointments into diary

· Answering detailed product and service questions

· Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction

· Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives

· Keeping records of customer interactions and updating the CRM database

· Reading and learning scripts

· Compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction

· Creating content for Facebook and Instagram and TikTok posting 3 x per week

· Find relevant events for Manager to attend

Must Haves:

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

· Confidence on the phone with a pleasant phone manner

· Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok experience in posting

· Ability to retain and recall important information

· Capacity to work independently and proactively

· High aptitude for following communication guidelines, procedures, and policies

· Content writing

Nice To Have:

· Experience with Podcasts, Blogs and Video content

Home Office Requirements:

· Perfectly working headset and webcam

· Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps

· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

· A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
