Customer Service Assistant

Graduate of any two or four year course
At least one year experience as a Customer Service in the same field
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Can work with a minimum supervision
Willing to be assigned in San Juan, Metro Manila
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in handling company’s on line (viber) customer service client relationships by providing the best customer service using standard and customized responses to various customer inquiries and business related scenarios. (on line sales)
•Resolve a concern or issue, that will result to a win-win solution between the customer and the company (policy and process).
•Come up with strategies that will turn inquiries received into Sales opportunity.
•Turn-around time to reply and provide assistance to customers is always REAL TIME.
•Ensure that end of the day, all inquires were replied to and customers were provided satisfactory level of understanding of how they will be assisted in reference to their concern.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Customer service
- Availability to travel: No
- Availability of change of residence: No
