  • Qualifications:

    *With Strong Phone Contact and Active Listening Skills.

    *Customer-Oriented and organized with ability to multi-task.

    *Experience in related field is an advantage.

    *Proficient in English and in Microsoft Office Applications

    *Preferably residing near Diversion Road, Davao City

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    -Provide Product/ Service information and resolve any emerging problems that customer may face.

    -Recording and maintaining account information and transactions.

    -Meet Personal/Team Targets.
