  • Job Summary:

    Make dining and other reservations for patrons, and obtain tickets for events.

    May take messages, arrange or give advice on transportation, business services or entertainment, or monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance.

    Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.

    Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

    Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

    Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

    Job Specifications:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Business course, HRM, Tourism, or others.

    Must have 6months Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service, Front desk Associate or equivalent.

    With average communication skills; can communicate well.

    Must have a pleasing personality.

    Fast learner.
