We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• at least 1 month above BPO experience
• Good to Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficient in relevant compute application
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Amenable to work onsite
