Offer description

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries related to their banking account.
- Providing information to customers about account balance, transaction history, interest rates, fees, and other account-related queries.
- Assisting customers with various account transactions such as fund transfers, bill payments, and setting up automatic payments.
- Handling customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing guidance and advice to customers on the bank's products and services, such as credit cards, loans, and investment options.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Upselling and cross-selling banking products and services to customers as appropriate.
- Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Updating customer records and account information in the bank's database.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets, such as call volume and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, security, and privacy policies.
- Participating in training and coaching sessions to improve job performance and customer service skills.


Qualifications:
- Atleast Senior High School Graduate
- With/without BPO experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Work on Site

• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion
