    Duties & Responsibilities:
    -Product Inventory Management: Monitors the Spare Parts Monthly inventory in Service Warehouse and submits report to the Technical Service Engineer.
    -Department Financial Management: Process and prepares the Service Billings from authorized Service Providers on Warranty Repairs.
    -Communication Management: Ensures that the Technical Service Engineer is always updated on all the activities that being performed.
    -Customer Service Management: Ensure that all the customer inquiries, trouble calls are being attended immediately, recorded in the Incident Manager, and solutions are applied immediately.
    -Inter Departmental management: Coordinates to different Departments regarding the day-today Department activities.

    -College Graduate of any related course
    -Must have at least 2 years of related working experience
    -Must have experience in customer service, via phone/chat/email support
    -Must have experience in Supervisory/Leadership role
    -Handled Sales-order processes, billing concerns, after sales support, tracking of complaints, etc.
    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluent in English and Filipino
    -Listening skills & judgment
    -Problem analysis & solving
    -Customer service orientation
    -Attention to detail.
    -Adaptability & team work.
