  • Job Description:

    • Ensure that all the customer inquiries, trouble calls are being attended immediately, recorded in the Incident Manager, and solutions are applied immediately.

    • Follow up PO from customer.

    • Monitoring of delivery date of equipment.

    • Monitors the Spare Parts Monthly inventory in Service Warehouse and submits report to the Technical Service Engineer.

    • Process and prepares the Service Billings from authorized Service Providers on Warranty Repairs.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • With atleast 2 years of relevant working experience

    • With people management experience

    • Fluent in English and Filipino

    • Candidate must be a graduate of Business Management or any related course

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Listening skills & judgment

    • Problem analysis & solving

    • Customer service orientation

    • Attention to detail.

    • Adaptability & team work.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
